Remember it is a “Fun Run” so you can run, jog or even walk the course, however, if you do plan to run perhaps it’s time to get some practice in now.

This year you can pick your Santa suits up and registration number the day before at the Bosom Friends Centre in Barnoldswick,  2 Green Street, BB18 5NX on Saturday the 22nd of December 2018 between 10.00am – 11.00am.

Then your ready to join the warm up on Sunday 23rd December at 10.45am at the front of West Craven High School and then the run will commence at 11.00am. The start will be staggered in groups with the runners  followed by the joggers then the walkers all starting at the same time.

Please note that  parking will be limited , so if you live locally please try and walk if possible to the Venue or get dropped off by family or friends.

The finish will be once again in the Festive Town Square where members of your family or friends can join you for a warm drink.

In the meantime, why not help Bosom Friends even further and ask your family, friends and work colleagues to sponsor you for taking part. This can be done easily by setting up your own individual fundraising page by visiting and click on the donate tab on the left of the home page which then takes you to the Virgin Money giving page. Your own page can then be set up and linked to Bosom Friends by clicking on ‘start fundraising ‘.

Alternatively you can download a sponsorship form off the Bosom Friends website or if you don’t wish to ask for sponsors, maybe have a cake or book sale at work , a raffle by asking colleagues to donate raffle prizes or even a non-uniform day perhaps.

If every participant raised a minimum sponsorship of £20 that would mean an amazing amount of £6,000 raised by the local community.

Come on, let’s make this year the best Santa Fun Run ever and raise an amazing amount of money  for a fantastic local charity

Remember all monies raised goes towards helping local people affected by cancer. By offering emotional and financial support Bosom Friends aim to ensure that everyone affected by cancer doesn’t feel isolated and alone.
